Classes are a great opportunity to learn more about Vantage Fitness
and find out what’s so smart about our gym… Our group
exercise classes are designed to compliment the fitness routine
we develop for you. With three studios available at all times, you
can choose either Cardio, Strength or Mind & Body classes —
you aren’t limited to one type of class!
Whether it’s a high-energy workout or relaxing mind &
body experience our wide array of cardiovascular, strength and resistance
classes, including step aerobics, pilates and yoga — we have
a class for you!
